Registration & Scheduling Process

  1. The least academic load is twelve (12) credit hours during a regular semester, and the maximum academic load is (20) credit hours. In case a student needs to add courses, she should get approval from BSNP Dean.
  2. Students’ registration will be started directly before the academic year, each student will be enrolled automatically and notified via SIS.
  3. Each student will receive an email via SIS by the name and responsibilities of her Academic Advisor.
  4. To add a course or drop a course, student should have approval from Academic Advisor and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.
  5. All students’ absenteeism will be monitored from the first day of semester and registered in the data system.
  6. Students who have special conditions and not able to complete the semester should submit an official written excuse in official paper to associate Dean of Academic Affairs and get signed approval from college committee.
  7. The Student and instructor schedules will be handled and received via SIS.

Student Orientation Program

The orientation program is mandatory for all new students to promote their academic success. Orientation is designed to provide new students with the critical information they will need for their academic success. Throughout the program, students will have the opportunity to network with professional faculty and staff and socialize with their peers. By the end of the day, students will feel more accustomed to their new surroundings, and will make many new friends. New Students Orientation is a one-day mandatory program.

Academic Counseling

Upon admission to the College, all students will be notified about their academic counselor. Every student will be assigned to Academic Counselor who is available to answer questions about courses and program which is related to:

  • Academic advice, course selection
  • Course changes, withdrawals, drop and add courses and special permissions
  • Progress requirements and mandatory withdrawal
  • Review academic progress and other academic issues
  • Requests for academic accommodation for major illnesses, compassionate issues or other problems that would affect your attendance and performance in courses
  • Appeal procedures/interpretation of BSNP regulations
  • Graduation issues
  • Counseling appointments
  • Meeting new students
  • Students must abide with her academic counselor meeting and any decision made regarding her study plan

Student Orientation Program

Students Records

Every student has her confidential data file and financial documentation saved in BSNP and confidential student files will be kept in Academic Affairs Department and Administrative Department.
